We are a church near Southwest Ranches that meets at Indian Ridge Middle School in Davie — about a 15-minute drive on a Sunday morning, when the roads are quiet. Plenty of the people you would sit next to on a Sunday made the same drive over from Southwest Ranches. Vibrant Kids runs during both services, from nursery through elementary. On your first Sunday, head for the Kids Check-In area when you arrive and someone will register your child and walk you to their room. You will get a parent tag with a security code, and if your child needs you during the service, we text you. Nursery and preschool rooms focus on worship, Bible stories and group activities; elementary gets live worship and creative teaching with kids their own age. I had the pleasure of visiting Vibrant church today. It was so welcoming!! During the offering, one of the leaders said, “We know times are hard. Gas and groceries are expensive. If you’re in need, you can take from the offering bucket — no strings attached.” I’ve never heard that in a church before. It’s easy to talk about loving your neighbor. It’s another thing to put people before money.

We struggled to find a church we love in the area but tried Vibrant and loved it from the start. The community is great and diverse. You feel welcome as soon as you step in the door and Pastor B is a wonderful preacher — very approachable, understanding and funny.
